  3. Rinse: Rinsing with an antimicrobial mouth rinse helps eliminate biofilm and bacteria that brushing and flossing cannot.
  4. Chew: Chewing sugar-free gum after meals and snacks helps protect teeth and complements a healthy oral care routine.
